I love this book especially in kindle form. It contains easy recipes anyone can do, most can be completed under 30 minutes and can be done on any budget. My only con is that serving size for each recipe is not specified. I have to estimate, which doesn't make it easy for those that are trying Keto for weightloss and tracking calories.

This is a terrific intro into the ketogenic diet. It tells you what you need to remove from your pantry and what can stay. And it tells you what you need to stock in to get started. You don't have to be an expert cook to whip up the recipes either - and they're pretty delicious. It would be nice to have more pictures of the recipes, but even without them I love this book and am glad I bought it.

It does have some good and easy recipes, but don’t depend on this book to start your keto journey. It does not explain the fat protein and carb ratio. It does not explain about electrolytes and other dietary needs that one needs to pay attention to.

What kind I say about this author's books that hasn't been said before. The recipe are amazing and easy to follow. Not a lot of fuzz or weird ingredients and even if you are not Keto, the recipes are full of flavors. I recommend getting her first book Indian food for Instant pot too, that's how I found her. And if you are scared that the food are going to be too spicy, don't the are great, I am not into spicy foods ans have been able to enjoy them all.

I ordered this ebook to read when I had time at work and then obviously for some recipies while on the Keto diet. The beginning of the book really breaks down a lot of information to help understand why and how to do Keto right. Great recipies to help keep things interesting and keep you going too! After 5 weeks I’m back down to the weight when I first met my wife and I can see my 6 pack coming back!
